By accessing, browsing, or placing an order with MEHVAR Fine Jewels & Accessories (operated from Mehvar House, Kothanur, Bengaluru - 560077), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Return & Exchange Policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
2. Product Nature: Anti-Tarnish Jewellery (Zero Gold Policy)
MEHVAR specializes exclusively in premium, hypoallergenic, anti-tarnish 316L stainless steel and fashion accessory craftsmanship. MEHVAR does NOT sell, trade, or represent solid gold, gold bullion, or fine precious gold. All stylistic references to "gold", "golden luster", or "rose-tone" denote the aesthetic finish of anti-tarnish PVD coating on stainless steel.
3. Strict No-Return Policy & Damaged Shipments
Due to intimate hygiene standards governing personal jewellery, MEHVAR enforces a strict No Return / No Exchange Policy once an order has been successfully delivered in intact condition.
If an item is physically damaged during shipping transit, you must provide a continuous, uncut 360° unboxing video showing the sealed courier shipping label and the product defect. This must be submitted to WhatsApp (+91 9180293263) or email within 24 hours of package delivery. Claims without complete video evidence cannot be processed.
4. Pricing, Taxes & Orders
All prices displayed across the storefront are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of technical pricing errors or unauthorized coupon misuse, with a prompt 100% refund.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The MEHVAR brand name, panther emblem, bespoke jewelry imagery, Mughal arch design patterns, and literary descriptions are the exclusive intellectual property of MEHVAR. Any unauthorized copying or commercial reproduction is strictly prohibited under Indian copyright and trademark law.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced under the laws of India. Any dispute or proceeding arising from these terms or transactions on this website shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
