No, we do not deal in precious gold. MEHVAR fine jewellery is engineered using medical-grade 316L stainless steel and premium alloy bases finished with a heavy-duty, protective anti-tarnish coating. For hygiene reasons and store policy, all sales are final. MEHVAR maintains a strict No Return / No Exchange Policy once your parcel has been delivered. We only accept returns or replacements in the rare event that an item arrives physically damaged or defective during transit.

Why is an unboxing / opening video mandatory for damaged item claims?

To protect both our customers and our atelier from transit mishandling, a clear, continuous, and uncut parcel opening video is strictly mandatory. The video must start by showing the sealed courier packaging and shipping label clearly, followed by unboxing and revealing the damaged item. Damage claims without a continuous opening video cannot be entertained.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and WhatsApp notification with your courier Air Waybill (AWB) number and direct tracking link. You can also track your shipment status anytime on our website under the Account / Order Tracking section.

How much is shipping, and how long does delivery take?

Shipping is 100% FREE across all pin codes in India for every order! Delivery and transit insurance are already included in the cost of our pieces, so you will never see shipping fees added at checkout. Orders are dispatched from our Bengaluru atelier within 24-48 hours. Metro cities generally arrive within 2-3 business days, while other regions take 3-5 business days.
